General Information
New Teamwear Program going into effect June 1, 2024!
- Salaried Employees will now receive a $125 credit towards their account online to be used towards Teamwear items on their anniversary date. Hourly Employees will receive $250 on each anniversary date to be used towards Teamwear items. New hire employees will continue to receive $140 on their onboarding date.
- This can be used on any items that adhere to their department’s requirements.
- There is NO limit on when an employee can order their jacket (this also comes out of the credit).
- This new rule applies ONLY to team members whose anniversary date is on or after June 1, 2024. Team members whose date is prior to this effective date will be able to order Teamwear using the old Teamwear rule.
- The Teamwear credit does not roll over. It must be used within the year following your anniversary date or it is lost.
- You can check your Teamwear balance on your User Profile page, or on the righthand side menu.
- You may purchase additional items at anytime. Payment must be made in full at time of purchase before order will be fulfilled
- Orders are filled and ready for pick up in the Teamwear Store approximately 2-3 weeks from the time the order is placed.
- Teamwear Store Hours: Tuesday 5:30 am – 8:00 am & 11:30 am – 4:30 pm and on Thursdays 11:30 am – 4:30 pm
You may order online and pick up your orders at the MBV Teamwear store.
What if I damage a piece of team wear before the anniversary of my hire date?
If some of your teamwear items get damaged during a work-related action/ during work, please report this to your supervisor as soon as possible and submit a completed copy of the Replacement form to the Teamwear store during its regular opening hours.

Please note that your items can only be replaced if they are items allotted to you within your current anniversary period.
Please follow these steps:
1. Inform your supervisor about the damage.
2. Download, print, and submit the team wear replacement request (attached above) from your supervisor.
3. Ask your supervisor to complete the form including the top row, steps 1. – 12, as well as Section 1. Please make sure that everything is filled in correctly and note that any missing information will delay the process
4. Hand the completed forms in to the team wear representatives during their opening hours (Tuesday & Thursday’s, 11:30 am – 4:30 pm).
5. You will receive an email once your order is being processed. It will usually take 2-3 weeks after that information until your teamwear is ready for pick-up.
Does my old teamwear meet the new requirements?
You can keep team wear if it meets all of the following:
– no metal
– no anniversary stars
– all within defined colors
– all identical to current teamwear offerings but purchased before catalogue was created
What name can I get embroidered on my Teamwear?
Team members are only allowed to use their first or middle name on Teamwear items. No informal nicknames, last names, or initials are permitted.
Does maternity wear count towards my yearly allotment of shirts?
No; teammates in need of maternity options are allotted an extra 5 items per term. There are two new maternity styles available for 2019, and samples of these are available for try-on in the team wear center.
What about specialty shirts like VS30 polos or Bridge Run?
Any shirt that was not purchased through our catalogue and vendor is not part of MBV teamwear.
It may be worn outside of the plant or on business trips.
